Galvin Development has begun demolition at 218 Willard Street in West Quincy to make way for a new 25,000 square foot first class office building. Located with immediate access to I-93 north and south the location offers an alternative to large local office parks. The building will be three stories with secure underground parking. Expected occupancy Summer 2020.
